At Garden In Rolle Floral Studio, every floral arrangement is handcrafted and prepared specifically for each order using fresh seasonal flowers. Due to the perishable nature of floral products, the following policy applies.
1. Nature of Floral Products
Flowers and plants are classified as perishable goods.
For this reason, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been delivered.
Natural variations in flower type, bloom size, color tone, and arrangement styling may occur depending on seasonal availability.
2. Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

The wrong product was delivered.

The flowers were not fresh at the time of delivery.

Significant quality issues at delivery.
Customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

4. Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers or packaging elements may be substituted with items of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and style of the arrangement.
5. Delivery Responsibility
Once the order is successfully delivered to the provided address or accepted by the recipient, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Cancellation & Modification Policy
Orders may be cancelled or modified under the following conditions:

Cancellation requests must be made before preparation begins.

Same-day or scheduled delivery orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Custom or personalized arrangements are non-cancellable after confirmation.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing timelines.
Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable once dispatch has occurred.
8. Special Event Orders
Orders placed for peak occasions (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Eid, National celebrations, or promotional releases) may be subject to stricter cancellation and refund conditions due to high production demand.
